joins a distinguished cohort of 59 women leaders drawn from six East African countries for the highly competitive leadership fellowship currently taking place in Nairobi, Kenya. The three-day in-person immersion brings together accomplished women in health leadership to strengthen their capacity to lead with purpose, confidence, and sustainability.

The fellowship focuses on key areas of leadership development, including designing authentic health leadership profiles, setting bold professional goals, leading sustainably, and overcoming challenges such as imposter syndrome. The programme also creates space for collaboration, mentorship, and the building of a shared vision for transformative leadership in healthcare.
As part of the fellowship journey, participants are immersed in eight core leadership competencies aimed at empowering women leaders to create meaningful impact within their institutions, communities, and the broader healthcare sector.
