The first day of the 2026 Annual Staff Seminar took a deep, reflective turn in the afternoon as the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry K. Kiplangat, PhD, MBS, OGW, took to the podium. His session, "Modern Leadership in Action: Inspiring People, Purpose, and Performance,"  moved beyond theoretical management styles, offering instead a practical blueprint for the university's future.
